A photograph is worth a thousand words, it has been said, and a photograph then is more effective than a page of writing to describe your property. Each property has its own unique blend of quality and value, and as a real estate appraiser I have been finding both for over 20 years.
Real estate photography and graphic display has been an important part of my business from the start, being used as a descriptive tool in the appraisal process. Clients used my photography to highlight the value in property, as well as important features and quality. My photography and graphics work is used in legal proceedings to document damage and repairs both in reports and large-scale displays.
In recent years my photography is appreciated by small business owners to highlight there store, staff and products. I provide still photography and am adding time-lapse and video to the mix. Recently I became a certified Google photographer and provide still and moving images for the Google Business Photo system.
